2. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on www.orselia.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Orselia Jewelry reserves the right to modify them at any time; the version in force at the time of each purchase will be applicable.
3. Purchase Process
- Select the products and add them to the cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing details
- Select your payment method and confirm the order
- You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the order summary
- Once the order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number
The sales contract is concluded when Orselia Jewelry sends the order confirmation to the customer by email.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on www.orselia.com are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with current Spanish tax regulations. Shipping costs are shown separately and transparently before confirming the purchase.
5. Availability and Stock
Orselia Jewelry operates through external logistics providers specialized in dropshipping (Zendrop and Teemdrop), with international warehouses. In the exceptional event of a stockout after an order confirmation, the customer will be immediately informed and can choose between: an alternative product of equal value, waiting for replenishment, or receiving a full refund without delay.

The indicated times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from payment confirmation. The customer will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched. Delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, Three Kings' Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) or by customs incidents beyond the control of Orselia Jewelry.
